Well, i did promise to write abt this kenko diet plum.. ive always heard abt this plum thing.. wondered wat the hell wat this plum thing… can make me slim ka? wat kind of magical plums are these?

then out of the blue.. i emailed cheesie.. i don’t even noe her. i just happened to read her blog abt this kenko diet plum.. it DOES LOOK like magical plums! okla,why not give it a try..

then emailed her abt it, i asked whether i could get it from her and as a friend was still back in msia she would just give it to her.. so that i wont have to pay for courier fees which is damn exp…

took it for abt a month now.. i think these plums are really magical…. certaintly, you don’t expect not to do some exercise and just eat that plums would make u loose weight.. (thats for me la)

my weight since has not been going up! but it went down! yeay!

there was this one particular morning.. my weight was 49.7kg! i ate 3 plums the night before and guess where did i end up.. toilet! and weighed myself afterdat..

then morning, you sh*t everything out… it wont make u feel guilty for eating like a pig cuz u noe it would end up in the toilet..
